She took the time to listen and learn what we were looking for and focused our home search only on homes matching the criteria we wanted. We found our new home on day 2. She was available 24/7 and a problem solving genius. She has an enourmous list of contacts from pest control to lenders, and made them all available to us. Candace made our home buying experience stress less, fun and so easy. We consider Candace a friend, and were very fortunate to have had her working so hard to get us into the perfect house.

Candace was extremely helpful and welcoming. Being our first time buying a house my wife and I had no experience in the process. Candace was always readily available day or night and knew the answers to all of our questions. She also knows many other professionals with expertise in mortgage loans and was able to get us a much better deal on our mortgage percentage then the bank we had planned to go with. We cannot say enough good things about Candace. This was our first time purchasing a home. If you are reading this review then you are like us few months back. You are looking for that one realtor who will treat you like you are their only customer and find you your dream home. Please don’t look any further. She is AMAZING! We were looking for our retirement home in Florida. We were in North Carolina and trying to find our perfect home via the internet and from many miles away. We found Candace through one of the on-line search engines. From the start she impressed us in every way. She was very family oriented, empathetic to our every need and fully knowledgeable of the area we were searching. She focused closely on our wish list for our new home so as to not waste anybody’s time. She was very positive, energetic and informative. Her communication with us was beyond impressive. She would reply to our emails and phone calls almost immediately. When our own loan officer was giving us runaround, she found us another loan company. The new loan officer she recommended was honest, experienced, provided several options to us, but most importantly closed the deal! Candace always updated us when a new property fitting our needs became available. When we finally made our way to Florida she met with us with her infectious smile and took time to drive us around to look at as many properties as it took to make us happy.
