Candace is nothing short of amazing. Amazing doesn’t even begin to cover it, honestly. She has been instrumental in getting my husband and I the house we wanted, while also helping us sell our current house that we’re starting to outgrow. She is personable, up beat, and excellent at communicating! She is quick to reply and is always a joy to talk to. We have had a few hiccups with our mortgage company and she has been insanely understanding and helped us navigate those waters as well, while still maintaining professional and courteous to the company who was less than that to her or us. We honestly can’t say enough wonderful things about her, she’s truly a gem. She would text us any information she had about houses before we looked at them so we could go in with that knowledge and she was also helpful at pointing things out while looking at houses, as well. She’s got a good eye and a kind heart.

Candace was always quick to respond to a text, phone call, or email. She always gave advice and took our wishes and/or requests to the sellers. Overall, a good experience, thankful that she helped walk us through purchasing our first home.
