Candace is hands down the BEST realtor we have every had. She was persistent, determined, and relentless in her pursuit to sell our home. We always felt that we had someone with our best interest in our corner, and she caught little details during the process that saved us a lot of money. She has a great list of trusted contractors who we used for inspections and repairs that did not let us down. Candace's advice during the whole process was invaluable and she never pressured us into any decision. Instead she provided advice based on real data and years of experience.
