I have been buying and selling homes for both personal and investment purposes for the last 25 years and have never before encountered anyone with such professionalism, determination, local knowledge, insight, and personal investment. I initiated contact on Zillow by simply clicking a button for a local agent and was instantly impressed with the information Candie brought to the table regarding the property I was interested in, the turnaround time to secure a facetime viewing, the time she put into driving an hour away, crawling into tight spaces, opening every requested door and hoofing over the 2 acres of land to assist me in really understanding the layout and all the research she did to help me present a solid offer, within 24 hours of contact. (Fortunately, the offer was unsuccessful as the sellers were unwilling to negotiate.) I flew out only days later and Candie set aside the duration of my time here to help me find exactly what my family and I were looking for. She picked me up from the hotel, drove me everywhere and anywhere I thought I might want to live, showed me the local sites, and heavily negotiated an offer on the home I fell in love with on Day 2. Her proactive involvement didn't stop there as she helped me navigate the inspection, local contractors, NC closing and so much more. It was Candie's extensive knowledge of the market and the area overall that helped me identify the area and neighborhood "on the opposite end of town" from the home I initially sought out. Without her professional expertise, I may well have found myself in a new town questioning my own choices. I simply cannot recommend Candie high enough. We are now settled into our beautiful new home in a lovely neighborhood with friendly and kind neighbors. Her personal investment in our cross-country relocation has made all the difference and we are beyond grateful to her and for her.

Candace is an excellent realtor! She's definitely a go-getter and an expert in the field, while remaining patient with us (we're first time homeowners and had A LOT of questions). She listened to what we wanted in a home and showed us quite a few homes over a period of about a month. I'm pretty sure she knew which home we wanted before we did, which I think is a sign of a great realtor.
