I was very overwhelmed by purchasing my first home, but Candace knew just the areas that had the things I was looking for, and brought important things to my attention when we were looking at properties that I wouldn't have picked up on. Despite my best efforts to insist I didn't know what I was doing, before too long, Candace had shown me multiple properties that were making me excited to buying a home, rather than regretting even trying in such a challenging market. Boise has grown so much and even with roots here, I was so glad to have worked with Candace because she was very good about taking the things I was looking for and turning them into actual locations that were for sale in my price range. Even though I was probably not her most exciting client, I also felt like I was her only client because she was always available when I was to go look at something... maybe even for the second time. Candace really knows the Boise valley, had a recommendation for a great home inspector, and made it all seem effortless. I would definitely recommend her to you for any home buying, but especially for your first one!
