This was our SECOND time selling a home with Candace. This time I was living out of state when we listed. Candace went above and beyond the call of duty by advising us on fixes we could make to make our home more appealing. She also had a stager come and professionally stage our home, it looked like something out of Better Home and Gardens when she was done with it. She had a professional photographer come and take incredible photos, we were so impressed. Within a week we had so many offers pouring in we had to set a deadline because we couldn't accept anymore. We had a little bit of a bidding war and were finally able to accept an offer MUCH higher than list price. Candace facilitated all these things after I had already moved out of state. She advocated on our behalf so that everything in the contract was in our favor. It was really very impressive. Closing was quick and painless. I would absolutely recommend Candace Carew.
