Cammi is one of the best realtors we’ve worked with. She cares about our interest and is always willing to offer her opinion when asked. She really goes to bat for those she is selling a property for. Hopefully we are now in our forever home but would use her again if we ever decide to sell another property. Cammi is the best!
I am an experienced investor having done many 1031 exchanges. Cammi knows the market in NWA, and knows everyone who is anyone in Siloam Springs. She will find you the property you are looking for quickly, and will get the deal done with a smile. Wonderful person and great agent! Fair and knowledgeable, she works hard to make deals happen, and knows every piece of real estate in town like the back of her hand. You will not be sorry if you choose her as your agent. She has my highest recommendation.
Cammi came prepared to our listing interview with comps for our property and a solid recommendation on the price, although she was willing to listen to our input as well. Her scheduling program was easy to work with, but she followed up quickly with us if I did not see requests for showings or paperwork to make sure that no balls were dropped during the process. She had a determination to help us close the deal once we had a qualified candidate that really made the whole thing work. I really felt like she had our best interest in mind. I would use her again in a heartbeat.
Our property was located in a difficult location. Cammi never gave up. She brought us multiple offers and we rejected them and she continued to market the property and make suggestions. She stuck with us through the entire process. We are greatful that she knows her stuff and makes you feel like you are her only client. Thank you Cammi❤️
Cammi was responsive, always ready to help us out in the process. She made the signing seem like a breeze! She’s very personable and easy to work with. Highly recommend her to anyone!!
