You will be lucky if you find a real estate agent as competent and efficient as Camilia. More than just a business acquaintance, over about of year searching for a property to purchase, Camilia became a friend and I have a feeling we will be friends moving forward. Camilia took the time to understand what I was looking for and went beyond the call of duty to hunt down the property I would ultimately purchase. I certainly would not have found the property without her assistance. As for the high ratings I've given, I am only speculating about Camilia's negotiation skills because the property I purchased, though not in the best condition, was under-priced; ergo, we did not haggle over details. Had the occasion arisen, I believe she would have been able to demand what would be required. While I have limited experience purchasing or selling real estate, there was absolutely no comparison between Camilia and the seller's agent. Camilia's abilities far exceeded the other agent's disregard for what must be common, accepted practices. From all I witnessed, Camilia has high ethical standards, most likely a common find. If you are looking for a real estate agent in the area in which Camilia transacts business, I heartily recommend you to her superior abilities.
