Cami Beckerdite

Cami was great both when we purchased our house 8 years ago and when we sold it last month. She is reliable, communicative, personable, genuine, and knowledgeable. We would recommend her and use her again.

Cami Beckerdite is AMAZING and just short of a magician. E'nuff said. She really listed to what our "must have" list was since my requirements were one way and my husband's was something entirely different. Cami was able to locate a home that fit both our wishes AND no compromising for either of us! She is extremely patient and communicative so we never felt lost along the process. We just completed a purchase of a home and Cami was excellent with our purchase. She was super responsible and responsive with each of our requests. Every piece of advice that Cami gave us paid off nicely, from opting to complete a select few inspections in advance of our listing to choosing paint colors that would show our house to it's fullest potential. Cami was always in communication as the search for property ensued. Cami may have been just as surprised as we were that we found our property in the first batch of listings we looked at, especially having to deal with different want lists. Once we were into the negotiations she talked me off the cliff when I couldn't see the true value of the property. She was calm and explained everything well.
