One of the best real estate agents out there. He truly goes out of his way to help you find a home. Then he goes above and beyond following up every so often to make sure you get settled in.
Bought my 1st house with his help...Absolutely 💯 amazing !!! He stood by me through every little "hiccup" with a positive attitude. Down to earth and real. Always has your best interest. I had no clue about real estate, Cameron is very patient and understanding. He explained things so I could understand. Prompt on returning calls and texts. "Man of his word" He went the extra mile..in my case extra 1000 miles? (7 months for closing ) During this time he kept in contact with me, not me blowing up his cell. After closing he still checks in to see how things are and if there is anything more he can help with..No matter what he has going on whether vacation,weekend, after hours etc he's "got you" Huge thank you to him for putting up with me and keeping it 💯 Lawd knows I'm not easy to deal with at times! I found Cameron through a friend's recommendation and was not disappointed. He was able to accommodate virtual walkthroughs and negotiations for the process; I am a military member and was not able to physically come to the Rome area until closing. His expertise was very helpful when navigating NY's laws and regulations, and he was able to point out many issues I wouldn't have noticed if I were there in person, anyway.
Cameron was great! He really went out of his way to make sure we found the perfect home. Even after we closed on the house, he was still there helping and making sure that our family transitions well into the neighborhood. He's very down to earth and great to work with. I'm pretty sure he would help me hide a dead body if I asked him to. :) I'm looking forward to working with him again when it comes time to sell or purchase another property.
Cameron was so helpful and supportive during our first home buying experience. Any and all questions we had regardless of how small they may have seemed he was happy to help find an answer. His knowledge of all the neighborhoods and areas around was super beneficial in helping us find our perfect home. Even when the job was done, he was still checking in on us and making sure there wasn’t anything else he could do for us. He made this process easy even in the most difficult times finding homes. He will go over every detail with you to make sure you are aware of everything that may or may not be going on with the house too. Cameron was recommended to me by a realtor that I trusted so I contacted him and was very glad I did. I worked with 3 realtors before I finally settled on Cameron because none of them understood my situation, and my rush as well as he did. He was extraordinarily responsive throughout the entire process. He looked out more for my interests than his commission. Knowing my budget was way higher, we settled on a house much lower than what I was willing to spend. He didn’t push me towards making him more money, but rather into a house that was a best fit. Overall, he was extremely professional, timely, and knowledgeable. Not to mention he has excellent negotiation skills and tactics. I hope I find a Cameron in every state I move to; it’s difficult to find a trustworthy realtor these days. Especially with the process being mostly digital, and properties going site unseen.
