When I was looking to sell my home in South Florida, I searched for realtors with a high number of recent sales. I found Cameron Scott. Wow. I quickly understood why she has been so successful. When I shared with her my desired sales price, she came back with a comprehensive strategy, backed up by solid research, to shoot for a sales price 10% higher than I was looking for. Cameron gave me a punch list of relatively low cost repairs and upgrades to make while she worked on putting together a really impressive marketing plan that took into account the challenges associated with selling a house during the COVID-19 restrictions. She also went above and beyond, taking her own time to meet cleaners and contractors at the house, and, of course, making sure everything was done to perfection. :-) Within a couple weeks of listing the house, Cameron was able to obtain an offer for the full asking price. From that point up until the closing, Cameron was on top of EVERY detail, always providing me with timely, informative updates at every step. We got thrown some curve balls along the way, but Cameron was always there with a firm hand on the tiller --- and serving as one of the fiercest advocates I've ever had. As I was writing this review -- after the closing --- I got a text from Cameron with some friendly reminders about making sure I closed out the FPL and other accounts so that I wouldn't incur any unnecessary costs.
