Cameron was great to work with! He was friendly and knowledgeable. He had great advice on everything from loans to inspections. Even after we closed he gave us great advice on paying off our loan faster. During inspection he told us what to look for and what was important. We really appreciated his help and would recommend him!

I worked with Cameron to find and finally buy a cabin close to Lake Oroville, CA. We found a place pretty quickly but the buying process was fairly long and it took a good amount of effort working with the selling agent to finally start closing on the property. He worked hard and was responsive and helpful throughout the whole process, making it go as smooth as possible. When we finally got into closing, the whole crew I interacted with were great and everyone was very knowledgeable, helpful and responsive. They made it easy - especially being from out of town and having to do a lot of the communication by email and phone. I hope I can work with Cameron again and would definitely recommend him to anyone in the market buying or selling a home/property. When/if I sell, he'll be the first person I call!
