There are plenty of realtors adequately skilled agents with decent reviews; but Cameran is the next level. She is in tune with the market and the inventory of the area which is critically important. Cameran, despite living in the then projected path of this major hurricane, reached out to us to see if we needed her to check on the property to ensure everything was secure for the storm. This is the next level that I referenced. Integrity is what you do when no one is watching. There was no personal gain in making sure our house would be ok, but that did not matter to her. This is a testament to her integrity. I’ll never forget it. Cameran is not just a phenomenal agent, she is a leader you can trust. Now, with the challenging real-estate market, you want to be sure you have someone like her on your side. It’s fine to be a 5-star agent in a white-hot housing market, but now is when this skill, integrity, professionalism, and understanding of the leverage buyers and sellers have is essential. Cameran was amazing to work with, this was my first time buying a home. I remember the day I called Cameran and told her I was ready to start the hunt. I didn't know what to expect but I learned very quickly. After 1 day of us speaking she had a list of 10-15 properties to look at. When I had a silly question or needed to get more info on a house she answered her phone so quickly and was very helpful. One of the first times I met her at an open house there was a line of about 15-20 people waiting to get in to see this house and Cameran was right at the front of the line waiting for me. Our journey had some ups and down in finding the home I wanted, she stuck with me and kept me with a positive mindset. We lost a few houses that were a favorite of mine as this market is so tough and so many people bidding on houses currently. Cameran was always super honest and straightforward with me, she wasn't a "yes" to everything person. I like that she had insight into what we were walking into if something was out of place or didn't look right she would tell you.
