We went to Cates on a referral from a friend. We saw the wonderful job they had done there so we figured it would work out. And it did! Better than we could have imagined. The hard work they put in to making our childhood home look amazing, we could never have done that. Cambridge kept up with communication back and forth so quick and speedy. I can't say enough about how grateful I am to Cates auction and realty. After one of the most difficult years in my life I needed to sell my house but I knew my house wasn't "market ready". Knowing my house needed some work but wasn't in a position to do repairs, I set out on a search for a realtor that would list a less than perfect home. We sold our home of 30 years through Cates. Jeff, Kim, Cambridge and their staff were professional and responsive to all our questions. While traditional real estate agents are fine, Cates through their auction process provides sellers with a process by which the house is sold (to pre-authorized buyers) on a specific date. Their electronic marketing process is great. We highly recommend the company!
