My family is getting too big for our old house so we decided to move out and buy a larger house. My wife and I agreed to a purchasing price with the seller agent which I thought was a great deal already, but instead, he was about to go above and beyond an agent duty which not much buyer agents do nowadays. He negotiated to the seller which helps us drop $20,000 below the purchase contract price. Unbelievable guy will keep using. Thank you Calvin again for your hard work.
