Calvin is a wonderful realtor who made searching for a house enjoyable. He went above and beyond to make himself available last minute for showings that just popped up, or houses we knew there would be a lot of interest in. He is very responsive to calls and texts and we had a great line of communication with him at all times during our house search through closing. He is very knowledgeable about where the housing market is, and very cognizant of what the house is actually worth per square foot and fights to get a competitive yet reasonable bid submitted. Lastly, Calvin has a friendly, very pleasant demeanor and so is really nice to work with. He will work hard to find a great house for you!
