About Callie

I'm Callie! I grew up on the Gulf Coast of Alabama and moved to NYC for college where I studied the healing, creative, and culinary arts at NYU. Since becoming a New Yorker, my life has taken many shapes. I've been a singer, copywriter, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu professor, private chef for Broadway stars, arts event planner, and now real estate agent. At every turn, I've leaned into the things that inspire me. And as a new mom and upstate transplant, I'm constantly inspired by home life and the Hudson Valley. It took me a few years to learn that the secret to living in the big city was to escape as often as possible. Between the exciting wilderness, the dramatic landscapes, and the unique flavor of each town, I was instantly recharged with every visit. This region quickly became synonymous with a combination of adventure and decompression. Eventually, my husband and I realized that we should stop running up here every chance we got, and make it our home base. We were lucky enough to discover the vibrant farming community of Marlboro, where we live with our son, Javelin. I'm so proud to raise him in a place where he can play in the same dirt that his food grows. I’m no stranger to big relocations, and I bring firsthand experience to clients navigating major transitions. As a black belt in Jiu Jitsu, I’ve learned how to stay self-possessed under pressure, be comfortable in discomfort, and—most importantly—to find partnership and cooperation even in seemingly adversarial situations. These skills translate directly into how I support my clients: with calm confidence, strategic thinking, and a collaborative spirit. Whether it’s a permanent relocation, or a special place to decompress, I can't wait to help you find your spot here! And yes, you will be hearing a lot of 'y'all.'
