She was in constant contact with me through all steps of the process: educating me about the home buying process, what the Portland market is like and how it compares to national trends, finding listings that were suitable for my needs, crafting an effective offer, scheduling an inspection, helping me understand the inspection report, and keeping all parties (e.g., lender, title company, seller's agent) informed during and after closing.
