I knew Caleb through friends he worked with on their home purchases. I began working with Caleb around May 15 and closed on my new condo June 30. It seemed like record time! As a first time home buyer he walked me through the process and clearly answered all of my questions. He has an established network of professionals working with him that he could easily call for loans, appraisals, inspections, and more. I always felt and continue to feel that he has my back and will help me out and answer any questions or make recommendations. I never felt like we were dragging our feet through the process, and it didn't feel like we were haphazardly rushing either.
