This agent walked me through the process, helped me in arranging what needed to be done in preparing the house for sale; repairs, eliminating, changing, painting, and staging. He was knowledgeable as to what sells a house and he was not wrong. I was satisfied and still am.

After dealing with other Mortgage companies. I have given up owning a home and called Caleb to rent a home. Instead he kept insisting and getting to me that I should own a home instead. After one hour of conversation about how I don't want to own a home he talked me into it. He said he could have me discuss terms with a mortgage company that could not only talk me into borrowing to purchase but discuss first time home buyer and down payment assistance program. I had no idea what he was talking about. He said I qualify for the banks to give me the down payment. I was totally blown away. I looked into USDA homes for 5 years. I even had been dealing with a construction company and had no luck buying my new construction home. Well I looked into it with him at an office and just like that Caleb made a dream of mines come true. I finally was able to own a home with a pool. Caleb went that extra mile that no one has ever done for me and my family. Thank you Caleb.

Caleb was amazing! Buying my first home was far from an amazing experience for me because frankly, I can't choose between a soup or a salad to save my life. I have purchased 2 homes via Caleb, my first home was in 2019 and he made the process so easy and fun. I thought all home purchases would be fun and easy after that! My next (current) home was a different experience - had some trouble with the seller, some hiccups with the lender, but the one constant was Caleb and without him I don’t think I would have made it. He quelled all my concerns and found solutions when it seemed unlikely. I believe true character shows in the face of adversity and that’s exactly what Caleb proved to me. Even with those hurdles this was hands down the best purchase I have ever made in my life. That home has doubled in value in just over a year and has provided my wife and growing family with the space we needed to go from 2 to (almost) 4. Now I am in the middle of my 3rd purchase through Caleb - an investment property that I think could be a huge payoff. I will utilize Caleb for my 4th property and 5th after that and he has become a friend to say the least. I would highly recommend to anyone and everyone.
