Caleb was my agent when I bought my house in 2010 and he was so good that I used his services to sell my house now in 2022. I needed to know what I could get both as is and with work done prior to sale. The amount of research he did, multitude of options and advice he gave was perfection - tediously detailing each improvement I should do in order to maximize the resale value. Everything he recommended paid huge dividends and we ended up getting 177k over my ask price!
