Fast. Easy. Non stressful.
Caleb is easy to communicate with, keeps in contact, knows the field, and has knowledge of building/selling homes which made the process to sell our home easy (within 2 days it was sold). He also helped us find our dream home in the city we desired. If there was an issue that concerned us, he attended to it quickly. Communication was easy. Overall, we are very happy to have had him as our agent and we recommend him.
