Caleb is an excellent realtor. He is very dedicated and detailed. He will go above and beyond to make sure your home is sold with minimal complications. When we had a buyer who wanted our entire electric redone after they had a shady electrician give them a very big bid. Caleb looked for a local electrician who worked with old houses and he paid this electrician out of his pocket to get an expert opinion. He videotaped the the entire electrical walkthrough and put up a video on YouTube for the buyers to view. He went to our house to rotate sprinklers and check on the home after we had a report of someone unauthorized gaining entry. Caleb even brought down a gift bag of masks, hand sanitizer, wipes and lysol spray for my tenants and for potential buyers to use when viewing the home. He met with my tenants and did a walkthrough with them as they moved out. Caleb kept in touch with me during the entire process, nearly every day or every couple days I got an email or phone call update. I highly recommend Caleb Block for your selling needs. He is very thoughtful and detailed, he cares for his clients and will work with you to solve those individual needs that are very important when selling a home you care about.
