Caleb did a phenomenal job marketing our home, setting up an Open House, and bringing us multiple competitive offers (well over asking!) to the table in a matter of days. Caleb goes above and beyond to get the job done--when the buyers requested a new roof Caleb connected us with multiple roofing contractors and set up estimate appointments which was a huge help to us . Caleb's attention to detail and help throughout the process made for a seamless (and much less stressful) sale for us. He always had our best interests at heart, he's a great communicator, and he goes above and beyond to do the best for his clients. We've known Caleb personally for several years and appreciate his integrity and character--we knew he'd be a great realtor for us. So grateful we went with Caleb--can't recommend him enough!
