OMG, working with Caitlyn was great! I first recommended Caitlyn to a friend of mine that was selling her house. My friend had such an amazing experience that when me and my husband were ready to sell our house, she was the first person I thought of. If we had any questions that she did not have the answer to she got back with us with the correct answer. She walked us through step-by-step, the process of selling our house, and explained everything in great detail of how warranties work to protect not just the buyer, but the seller as well.
