Caitlin helped my wife and I sell our home, and both the process and results were phenomenal. She went above and beyond what is expected of an agent to ensure that our experience was as smooth as possible. Buying and/or selling a home can be extremely stressful and time consuming but she made it as easy as possible for us. Her attention to detail was superb. She has tremendous instinct and helped us focus our efforts on just the right details prior to listing. 795698 I would not recommend Caitlin Finley to represent anyone. I bought a relatively new condo from her. I had my house on the market and was packed to move the next day. The day before the movers were to arrive, the loaning agent told Caitlin that my loan was not ready and I could not move!! Caitlin had neglected to check on the loan process until the day before I was to move!!!! She got another loan through Windermere but I needed more money. I called my broker and got another loan based on the principal I had with the brokerage. Caitlin did not believe me and she became unglued. She was in the middle of the floor yelling, screaming, stamping her feet and name calling me. She was uncontrollably angry. She calmed down and made arrangements that we could move the next day. It was unnerving. We (my son and I) had gone through the unit earlier and listed the things with her present and expected her to write them down. She didn't. I listed a cupboard door to be fixed, the stagers furniture removed so I could get my furniture in and we wanted the manuals. None of this happened. I arranged to have the furniture removed (while my furniture was moved in) and hired a lock smith to explain the very unusual front door lock. Caitlin got her money and did not answer emails or phone calls.
