From the very beginning of our house hunting it was obvious to myself and my husband that although she had only been an agent for under two years, Caitlin proved to be very knowledgeable of the housing market in our neighborhood, as well as the areas we were looking to purchase a home. She priced our house at a competitive price which able us to sell it in a timely manner. Caitlin also listened to us in what kind of house we were looking for and the price point we were willing to pay. She never tried to encourage us to look at houses outside of our comfort zone, and she was able to secure us a ranch style house under our maximum budget. As far as communication, Caitlin always made herself available to our questions throughout the entire selling and buying process. Through the negotiations process, she made the process less stressful for us. My husband and I appreciated how helpful Caitlin was in making our new home a special forever home by communicating with the contractor about things that were overlooked or not quite done the way it was agreed upon. Such as caulking areas that were not caulked, or repainting areas that were not done correctly. Caitlin was also very empathetic during the closing process which was very chaotic due to mistakes made by the attorneys on both sides. Even though the problems were no fault of hers, she took on the responsibility of communicating with the attorney as to the progress being made toward us finally obtaining ownership of our house.
