My house was listed on November 11th and under contract by November 23rd. Oh and did I mention that I had a challenge...my house had flooded during a large storm a few years back. Not an issue for Caitlin. The entire process was complete before the Christmas holiday. That should be enough said, but there is so much more. Caitlin and her team go above and beyond in getting homes sold. I had already been relocated by the time my home was listed,, and they pretty much handled everything for me. Caitlin even handled the closing for me. I felt like I had 3 personal assistants that were there when I needed anything related to selling my house. My family has used her to sell, buy, and sell again and her drive has never changed. Definitely recommend Caitlin and her team to anyone looking to buy or sell.

We found our dream home and didn’t even have our house on the market yet! We were able to get under contract with our dream home and then she turned around and sold our house in 5 days! We moved into our forever home less than 2 months after finding it!! Caitlin is absolutely amazing and so hard working and so knowledgeable!!
