I can't rate Caitlin high enough. As when I bought the place in October 2024, selling the place with her was just as seamless with great customer service, answered all questions and concerns, communication was outstanding and very quick. I never even searched around when I needed to list the property. I got in touch with her and as they say the rest is history. Caitlin did an amazing job with the sale of our house. She had to work through multiple buyers dropping due to funding issues, stayed on top of all of the contracting and discussions with other realtors and kept us on track to find a great buyer. Though the entire process was frustrating with having to start over several times, Caitlin kept a positive attitude and just made it happen!
