Caitlin made my entire home selling process as least stressful for me as possible. From the initial meeting to advising and guidance on what items needed repaired before placing house on market. Caitlin had buyers lined up as soon as listing hit and within 48 hrs had 2 or 3 offers. Once offer was accepted Caitlin contined to help with woth all necessary paperwork, township inspections etc. This was my first time selling a home and I will say because if Caitlin the only stress I had was the actual packing an moving which she even offered assistance with that. Caitlin was terrific from start to finish and even after our house sold, checking in to see how we were settling in at our new place out of state. She was very efficient. Our house sold in 4 days and that is largely due to her recommendations and wonderful listing. She was on top of every step with the sale of our home. She made the entire process so simple. A year ago Caitlin helped my mother in law sell her house and she was so easy to work with and attentive to details that when we decided to relocate back to Pittsburgh from Virginia, I reached out immediately. Despite being 8 hours away, she would research any house we wanted and was able to do video tours as soon as they were available. Once we sold our house we were in a suuuuper tight window to find a house. In between 5 showings, she was able to add one more that came back onto the market a few MINUTES earlier- and that was the one. The whole process was painless. E-sign was super convenient. We always knew where we were in the process. And now only a month later, we are in the new house. Please give her a try, you won’t regret it.
