We were moving from Miami and on a short deadline. Caitlin was able to accommodate our tight schedule, taking us to a dozen houses within our range the one day we were able to be in town. She helped us get a house under contract at an attractive price within a week of showings. She was our boots on the ground during the appraisal/inspection/closing process while we were in Miami with a new baby. Highly recommended.
