Caitee Babel

Caitee is and was great to work with. She has a style and perspective that helped us. She made our house look like it was brand new and took care of everything including staging, pictures, listing online. She sold our house for 40k over asking price and was always available to chat/text/get a hold of. It could not have been easier and when there were choices to be made, she gave non biased advice that laid everything out for us. We had never sold a home before and she was a great person also to be able to ask questions to. Would and do highly recommend her to anyone selling their house.

Caitee was so wonderful to work with. She took the time to ask what my needs and wants were in my first home. She was beyond encouraging throughout the whole process. She knew the details and specifics of every home we entered. In the end, Caitee really made this experience personal and I could not have asked for a better realtor to be by my side.
