Byron is an excellent realtor. But more then that he is an excellent person. He ask the important questions about what you are looking for, and then helps you find it. I loved that every house we viewed he and his team had researched. He would go through a home and tell me the good and THE BAD. Not all realtors will do that. I gave him parameters and he helped me refine them. I found exactly what I wanted with his help. I also sold my house for 150k more then I was expecting with his help.
