Butch helped us buy our house in 2013. He was very helpful to us from the beginning of the process to the end and even after the closing. He helped us find the right area for our budget and need. Our little kid was 18 months old at that time. He also helped us to find the right contact after the house closing (eg. Handyman, utilities etc) He was and is still my first source of contact if I need to find some information about the area since he is very well informed.
