Butch Higginbotham

Butch was the most attentive realtor I have ever dealt with. He stayed on top of current listings and sent us anything he felt fit our really specific needs. He also held multiple open houses and gave us tips on staging our home. I feel that he got is top dollar on our home and helped negotiate a great deal on the home we purchased. If we ever leave our dream home he is the first and only person I would trust to handle it!!

Butch helped us buy our house in 2013. He was very helpful to us from the beginning of the process to the end and even after the closing. He helped us find the right area for our budget and need. Our little kid was 18 months old at that time. He also helped us to find the right contact after the house closing (eg. Handyman, utilities etc) He was and is still my first source of contact if I need to find some information about the area since he is very well informed. I would recommend him to my friends or anyone looking for a house. I will work with him anytime.
