We were introduced to Burnie by a mutual friend. He made the call in the afternoon and we were meeting with her that same evening. Wow...talk about an organized, on the go person. She had all the information on the house and sales nearby. We discussed the upgrades done to the home and comps and came up with a price that would work in the area. We also arranged for the photo's and proper staging that needed to be done. Burnie was with us every step of the way. We cannot recommend Burnie highly enough! She is a knowledgeable, excellent realtor and a great person to boot. She made our first experience buying a home a pleasant one. She was very knowledgeable of the Atlanta area, worked hard in negotiating and with getting the owner to complete things that the inspection turned up and was always available if we had any questions or concerns. She was thorough and patient in explaining the home buying process and worked hard to get us in to see many properties in our search.
The sale of this property was emotional with legal ramification. Burnie King was tremendous thru out the proces. We closed 2/30/3031. She is highly recommended by me..
