Burkhardt was recommended to us VERY enthusiastically by a friend of my wife's just as we moved to Pittsburgh. We have used several real estate agents in the past to both buy and sell houses so I feel very confident in saying that Burkhardt is top notch! He is super straight forward, has great communication, is very hard working, and helped us navigate and eventually move on from a tricky situation with a seller. He took the time to get to know what I needed from a home, what I was looking for in a neighborhood, and expertly educated me about the different neighborhoods. He helped me narrow down my options, answered all of my questions, and guided me through the purchase process in PA that was new to me, despite purchasing several homes in other states.
