Buffy is AMAZING. I tell everyone about her. No, seriously. I was looking for a home in Florida from 3000 miles away -- totally terrifying. I phoned probably 10 agents who all said "let's do an intake form, let's hear what you like, let's set up some MLS searches" even when I brought up specific homes I was interested in. Buffy was a complete 180 from everyone else. "Let's take a look at your top 2 or 3 tomorrow." She was great doing virtual walkthroughs and having in-depth answers to all my questions about the homes being toured. By noon the next day, I'd seen a house I was ready to put in an offer on. We didn't get that one. Or the next one. It's a rough market with a lot of cash offers (which I didn't have). But then there was a house we *loved* but that had an owner who was trying to sell the house but didn't exactly know what he was doing. Buffy ended up calling him back after a rejected bid, figuring out the issues and how we could bridge them, and worked with both us and the homeowner to make a transaction happen that made everyone happy. From beginning to end, Buffy did SO MUCH above and beyond so that we could move into the house with repairs made and satisfactory. She gets top marks for effort, tenacity, and curiosity, as well as empathy and genuinely listening to what we liked, needed, and cared about in a home. The service she provided was both personal and personable. You will not find this kind of real estate agent every time you house hunt, so if you are looking in the Orlando area (even as an out of state buyer who won't see your house until you close!), Buffy is too good to pass up. Seriously, look no further, give her a call, you'll see what I mean.
