Buffy is an amazing agent. I felt completely at ease with her from the moment we met. She worked with me selling my house of 15 years. As you can imagine it was very emotional process but she was there guiding and supporting every step of the way. She posses a great insight on how to position your house to sell quick (mine sold in just over 24 hours!). I feel so blessed to have worked with Buffy. Not only is she an wonderful Realitor’s d person, I consider her A new found friend. I Highly recommend her to anyone wanting to buy or sell. I’m working with her now to buy my forever home and she’s helped me find it and work through the process. She really understood what I wanted and helped fine tune this during the process. Once you meet Buffy you will love her enthusiasm and expertise. She’s overall just AMAZING!

This sale was a bit more complex because the buyer was in another state and wanted to find a house without actually seeing it in person and close on it as soon as possible after he arrived in NC. The criteria was somewhat limiting as well. There was a low budget, the buyer wanted a house in a quiet area not right in town, a small house with a yard for dogs, and a house that didn't involve a lot of fixing up. Buffy researched many areas and looked at many houses. She kept in contact with the buyer regularly. There was a lot of driving involved as most of the houses were in other cities and quite a distance from each other. Buffy took detailed pictures of each house and texted them to the buyer with descriptions, notes about problem areas she noticed, ae well as positive points not on the listing. She presented the information to the buyer in a very logical, easy to understand manner. Buffy always was very pleasant to deal with. She was always very calm, very adaptable to the changing needs of the buyer. Not having the buyer right there in person wasn't the easiest situation, but Buffy found ways to make it work. Due to her hard work and perseverance, the house was closed on and the buyer moved in. I would recommend Buffy to anyone I know who is looking for a realtor. She has the perfect combination of professionalism and friendliness that puts you at ease, and gives you confidence that she will find what you're looking for. Working with Buffy was a very positive experience.
