From somebody who has purchased and sold many properties in various states, I can honestly say Julia and the whole Buddy Blake Team is truly the best. As an out of state Buyer, purchasing a property that had many moving parts, Julia went WAY above and beyond to ensure we were protected, and assited with many things that truly she did not have to. You could feel it was more about making sure we were comfortable and were making a decesion that was best for our family then the sale itself. Julia is intelligent, understands the market, sincerley cares, and is alot of fun. It is refreshing and wonderful to know true customer service still exists. I can honestly say we will be purchasing more property in NC and we would only use Julia and the Buddy Blake Team. She will really become more than your Realtor, she will truly become a friend- Julia is honestly a 5 Star Realtor, I would highly recommend her.
