I highly recommend Bryn Munro!!! I recently just purchased a home in the College Park area and from the very first phone call with Bryn, I knew I wanted to work with her. She was extremely personable and helpful and went out of her way to build a relationship with me. She made me feel comfortable at all times especially being an out of state buyer. Bryn went above and beyond with helping our family relocating from the northeast. She spent the weekend showing me every home I wanted to see and was extremely knowledgeable and resourceful. Brynn is proactive, a problem solver and extremely responsive. She was always available to answer any questions, provide a solution or to simply ease my anxieties. In addition Bryn provided me with contacts such as mortgage lenders, general contractors, interior decorators, blinds companies and beyond. I will forever be thankful to Bryn for helping my family find our dream home. Bryn has become more than an agent! she’s now a friend!! I’ll definitely use her services if I need to buy or sell in the Central Florida area.
