The process of buying and selling a home is far from an easy experience. Not only from the financial aspect, but the emotional as well. Bryn has an innate way of making the process exponentially easier to process. The combination of her knowledge for the industry, and her genuine nature makes you feel both comfortable and at ease. It’s rare to find people who care about their clients just as much, if not more then the bottom line. And the cherry on top; her honesty and straight forward nature. Real estate isn’t all rainbows and butterflies. You need someone who knows how to tell you the facts all while keeping your needs in mind. Bryn was able to make the process of buying my first home smooth and easy. Coming into it there were many things I did not understand, but she was able to work with me and guide me through the process from start to finish. During the search I was very picky, but Bryn was relentless in trying to find me the perfect home. She was persistent in scouring the market for homes to consider even when I was too busy or was feeling discouraged to due to the high demand and inflated prices of the Denver market. Eventually we came across the perfect home with a great price, and I knew I wanted to make it mine! Most of my friends had warned me that I would be making 5, 10, or even up to 20 offers before I would likely be accepted. This seemed to be the experience many people were having buying homes in the Denver area during this time. With Bryn's help we were able to get accepted on the FIRST offer, and there were more than 30 offers placed in the span of 3 days. As I write this review from my awesome new home, I really believe that it would not have been possible with a different Realtor. Highly recommended!
