We (Libby and I) worked with Bryce for nearly 2 years while trying to find the "perfect house." We were all over the place: old house with plans to remodel? Tear-down with new build? Middle aged house with small updates? A new build from a contractor? We didn't know. We chased Bryce all around the metro: Minnetonka, Minnetrista, St. Louis Park, Prior Lake, etc.. He connected us with a local contractor to discuss lakeside options as well. Eventually we set our visions on a lake property, and after exhaustive hours, we found our dream home on Prior Lake. We found Bryce to be extremely forthcoming, and we grew to trust him quickly and completely. We looked at less expensive houses, and also quite expensive homes. He didn't try to "sell us" on the more expensive homes, and rather clearly took our showings seriously by using the time to understand what we were looking for. In fact, before purchasing our current home, we still took some time to "sleep on it" - Bryce went over the moon to evaluate the negatives and inform us. There are definitely imperfections on the home, but absolutely no surprises. We could not have imagined working with another agent. We recommend him to anyone looking for a thoughtful and comprehensive process. He clearly believes in quality of people's investments, not the volume. We have purchased 2 other properties in our lifetime, but neither was remotely such a positive experience. We thank Bryce for all of his time and commitment to us!
I can not say enough good things about Bryce and his team. From helping stage our house, to the professional pictures taken of our home. We had many showings of our house because of the great pictures that were taken. Bryce always kept us informed on any activity on the home and he always had great ideas on how to keep things moving in the right direction. Bryce was the sellers agent (selling my condo/townhouse). The closing had to be postponed because the buyers loan was not approved in time. They pushed the closing a week then another week. Bryce worked with the buyers agent and got ahold of the loan processor to find out what the problem was. Turns out the Gassen HOA had bad information on the condo questionnaire and the HUD would not give the approval for the loan until the information was corrected. So, Bryce did all kinds of research to figure out the correct information for the condo questionnaire and had to keep calling the Gassen HOA to get them to correct their form. With out Bryce’s work the buyers loan would not have been approved. Thank you Bryce for all the work you did to get us to the finish line!

Bryce is a man of his word. He followed through with what he told us that he was going to go. He was able to get above market value for a home that we had at one point had owed more than the home was worth. Bryce helped us get the home up to standards that significantly increased the value.
