Bryce really goes above and beyond for his clients, his chill demeanor and friendliness made this process fun while we spent a few weeks looking for houses during the summer time in Bakersfield. We were out of towners so sometimes when we couldn’t drive down to a property he would record videos for us to see it. He even protected us from getting an additional extra $5,000 fee from our closing as the buyers agent was trying to force us to pay it last minute on closing day but BRYCE READS THE FINE PRINT & CALLED THEM OUT ON THEIR BS. So just because he’s nice doesn’t mean he’s not knowledgeable. Overall great experience and would recommend him to others as well.

Bryce was very patient whilst we spent many weekends viewing houses with him. He quickly ascertained the kind of house we were looking for.
