I worked with Bryce for over a year searching for the best first home for me and my family . He was patient (i was picky) . He was honest , answered every single question I had , if he didn’t have it, he found it. From the start I felt like he heard me and understood what I was looking for. I never felt like he was pushing me or rushing me to make a decision. He worked around my schedule, another great trait! As a first time home buyer I had a lot of questions, not just about homes in general but over all the whole buying process , loans , hot water heaters etc., Bryce always knew the correct information! He had information ready for me before I even asked! Even after closing he made sure I had trash service info , who to call for what services . Over all, Bryce and the team I worked with was wonderful and made the whole experience enjoyable! Did I mention he got me in a home a week before christmas !
