We could not have asked for a better realtor while looking at houses and buying our first home. Bryce was available day or night, 7 days a week. He went above and beyond everytime we were interested in seeing a house. As first time home buyers, we weren't really sure what to expect after hearing stories from different people about how hard the process is. Bryce could not have made the process any easier for us. He always made sure we felt comfortable and always answered any of our questions to the fullest extent. He is very honest with his opinions in things, and tells you if he thinks a house is worth the time and money or not. We didn't feel like "just another client" with him, it felt like he was a friend helping a friend. We will ALWAYS recommend him to anybody.

Bryce is hands down the best realtor I've worked with. Very professional, nice, polite guy that walked me through the entire process of selling my home. Had all the paperwork emailed to me to e-sign quickly and scheduled the photos to be done quickly as well. Photos were taken Wednesday, my home was listed Friday, I had 2 showings Saturday, and then an offer for over asking on Sunday. Bryce scheduled a closing date and settlement was a breeze. Best realtor to work with in the area and highly recommend!!

Bryce helped me sell two homes in a matter of weeks, and purchase another after seeing almost 20 homes. Usually Bryce had the answer every time but when he didn't he responded back within minutes and was available 24/7. He even offered to help me move after the sales were complete.
