Bryant is the guy to go with. I was working with a previous agent in another area and switched over to Bryant since he is extremely knowledgeable about the area. This guy was amazing! We were constantly communicating (which is KEY to the home buying process) and he was very thorough in providing details for all my inquiries and following up with sellers. He was always on time and worked around my schedule. Once we made an offer on the house, he was able to negotiate with the sellers and he was able to get the deal we needed. I closed on my home with no issues and I must say that thanks to Bryant and my mortgage lender who made an excellent team, I was able to get the home my wife and I wanted.
