As a specialist he aided in property selection and evaluating financial feasibility. His duties included negotiating transactions and acquiring properties. His also played a role in overseeing project renovations and construction, as well as marketing and selling the finished properties.
Following his work as a Property Development Specialist Bryan accepted a position as Director of Property Acquisition for a real estate development and building company and subsequently became a licensed Realtor. Here he identified properties for development, and gathered and interpreted data that assisted in conducting sound due diligence, financial evaluations and site acquisition. He was also required to negotiate all financial transactions and prepare the contracts.
