We recently sold our two homes and bought a house together and Bryan facilitated that for us. With each of our homes, he told us what we needed to do to get top dollar for the listing. He was great about letting us know what the priorities were and what we didn't need to worry about. Once the houses were ready, each was listed on a Wednesday, had an open house on Saturday, and had multiple offers by Monday. There were some glitches in the sale of my house, and I was very impressed with Bryan's ability to go to the wire as we worked through some stuff with 3rd parties and be as tough as bulldog, but always maintaining not just respect, but honor with the other parties. That skill clearly translates to negotiating: the house that we bought together was appraised for $10K more than we paid for it. Bryan was also great about being honest with us about listings we were interested in. He knew just how to get us to look at potential problems and find the house that would truly meet our needs rather than just look pretty before we got the keys.
