If you get the chance to work with Bryan, you will NOT be disappointed! We started our journey with someone else who was not communicating and helping us in the way that we needed (as first time homebuyers). Within a few hours of submitting something online to connect with Bryan, he had already reached out to setup a time to talk over the phone. During that phone call, he preemptively answered questions that we didn't even know to ask, which was so helpful! Not to mention, he is extremely personably and makes you feel like you are just chatting with someone you have known a long time. We ended up finding our perfect home after only a few weeks working with Bryan! I cannot recommend him enough!

Bryan made excellent referrals for contractors to help with painting and staging my home before sale. They did great work for a good price. He was patient with me working through post-offer inspections and negotiations, and I believe he worked to ensure I sold my home for a fair price, not an expedient one.
